We start the 2019 Year with collaboration between Khaishen Trading , The National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations (Japan ) and Jaya Grocer .

This is the 4^th Year we brought the Nikkori Pear to Malaysian Market to experience and taste this wonderful pear.

 

Nikkori Pear can only be harvested in mid-October and stored for a long period of time until February, thus the specialty and superiority of this unique fruit.

This year the sampling session of Nikkori Pear were arranged through out Malaysia in collaboration with Jaya Grocer , JustFruits , DrFruits and De market  in weekends for 2 week in the row among the outlets are

Jaya Grocer Paragon Penang , Jaya

Grocer Main Place USJ , Jaya Grocer Ipoh Parade , Jaya Grocer The Garden , Dr Fruits Setia Alam , Just Fruit Taipan and others .

 

Nikkori Pear, a new late maturing, russet-skin type cultivar of Japanese pear produced from the Tochigi prefecture is a new type of pear developed from cross seedlings between full-figured Niitaka

and flavorful Hosui in 1984. 

According to The National Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations (Tochigi), the pear’s name was derived from the town of Nikko, which means sunlight. Nikkori Pear can only be harvested in

mid-October and stored for a long period of time until February, thus the specialty and superiority of this unique fruit.These HUGEEE pears weighs almost 1kg each

and has a perfect taste of sweetness with a delicious aroma to it .
